Since 2012, the Aviation Carbon series of conferences have become widely recognised as a leading international event specialising in aviation market-based measures of CORSIA and the EU ETS.
Our events are open to all airlines, business jet and other categories of aircraft operators from around the world, regardless of their size, location or any membership of particular aviation associations. We are uniquely supported by the major airline, business aviation and carbon market associations.
Delegate feedback from our last event indicated tremendous satisfaction levels with 100% of respondents being satisfied, and particularly enjoying the excellent networking opportunities.
Aviation Carbon 2018 is the must-attend event bringing the aviation sector together with climate and carbon professionals and other stakeholders to hear the latest developments on CORSIA, EU ETS, the Carbon Markets and Sustainable Aviation Fuels. Airlines and operators will be equipped to understand how they can manage the introduction of mandatory CO2 emissions reporting starting on 1 January 2019 and all the CORSIA requiremements beyond.
There will be presentations and lively, insightful discussion panels and workshops with leading industry and stakeholder experts. We also plan to have help desks provided by CORSIA experts to provide free advice to delegates. Legal and financial institutions, industry consultants, government and regulatory authorities, aviation biofuel supply chains, academics can also benefit from attending.
For airlines and operators not yet ready and who need in-depth information of the CORSIA MRV (monitoring, reporting and verification) requirements, there will be a dedicated CORSIA MRV Workshop on the second day, FREE of additional charge to Aviation Carbon 2018 registered delegates. If you are interested in attending, just tick the ‘CORSIA MRV Workshop’ option as you complete the registration process. Availability for this workshop is limited to airlines and operators and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
There will be two additional sessions open to all attendees who are already well on the way to implementing MRV, or not involved with MRV at all:
Carbon Markets & Offset Strategies will help airlines, operators and other stakeholders to prepare for CORSIA offsetting and understand the cost impacts more clearly.
Sustainable Aviation Fuels will look at the potential for alternative jet fuels the regulatory landscape and case studies of current initiatives underway.
If one of the workshops or sessions is not appropriate for your job role then why not invite a colleague to come along to Aviation Carbon 2018? We have special discounts for groups.
